We don’t do surface work here. Wild Cedar is for the ones who lead, hold, and heal, but rarely get held themselves.
Therapy that goes deep. Consulting that cuts through the noise. Retreats that bring you back to your body.
Trauma-informed and lived experience-led, built for those rewriting the rules.

We believe healing is a right, not a luxury. We envision a world where survivors are believed, systems are transformed, and those who care for others are supported instead of sacrificed. We’re not performative. We don’t do hustle culture, toxic positivity, or spiritual bypassing. We do realness, depth, and care you can feel in your bones.

therapy

You made it here, and that matters. No two people come to therapy for the same reasons. Maybe you’re carrying things you’ve never spoken out loud. Perhaps you’ve tried healing in other spaces that didn’t see you. Wherever you are on your path: raw, ready, uncertain, cracked wide open, you’re welcome here. This is a place where you can finally drop the masks, move at your own pace, and heal without the usual stiffness.

We offer a range of options because healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. You get to choose what works for your nervous system, your story, and your pace. Creative. Integrative. Rooted in respect. Always human.

We’re primarily a self-pay practice, which allows for more flexibility, privacy, and care that actually fits you - not a system.

That said, we are still trusted by most major providers, and out-of-network reimbursement is often available.

organizational consulting

Good intentions aren’t an implementation strategy.

You care about the work. Your team probably does, too. And still, something isn’t working.

Maybe growth outpaced the infrastructure. The team is exhausted. Trust has taken a hit. A program that once made sense doesn’t anymore. Leadership is carrying too much. The strategic plan is beautiful and collecting dust. Or everyone can feel that something needs to change, but nobody has enough distance to see the whole system clearly. That’s where Wild Cedar comes in.

We work with behavioral health, healthcare, human services, nonprofit, and public-sector organizations navigating complexity, transition, growth, and the occasional how the hell did we get here?

We don’t arrive with a recycled playbook, spend six weeks telling you what you already know, and leave you with a 90-page report nobody will read.

We listen deeply. We talk to the people closest to the work. We look for what’s underneath the obvious problem- where operations, leadership, culture, funding, workforce, and mission are colliding. We name what’s working, what isn’t, and what may need to be protected, repaired, redesigned, or released. Then we help you do something about it.

No performative transformation. No change for the sake of change. Just clearer systems, healthier organizations, and good people with a better chance of doing the work they came here to do.
