We hold space for the messy, the sacred, the unspeakable. The parts of you still healing, still becoming. Our work is relational, embodied, and land-rooted. Built for those who’ve felt othered, unseen, or like conventional paths never fit their truth.
This isn’t clinical. It’s personal. And it’s real.
about us.
who we are.
Wild Cedar was born from the cracks - those spaces where systems failed, trauma went unseen, and standard models of care left people out in the cold. Our founder, a trauma therapist and survivor, grew tired of clinical rules that ignored the body, erased culture, and stripped healing of its soul. So she built something different.
Named for the medicine tree that roots deep, Wild Cedar is a reclamation. A space where therapy and business aren’t textbook or pathologizing, but instead feel like coming home to yourself. It’s relational, restorative, and woven with the understanding that healing isn’t linear, and it doesn’t happen alone.
Here, we work at the intersections: body and spirit, trauma and resilience, grief and aliveness. We bring in the sacred, the ancestral, and the land beneath our feet. We walk with clinicians, leaders, survivors, and seekers ready to shed what no longer fits and remember who they really are.
