Trauma-Informed Healing, Leadership, and Liberation

Not Your Corporate Therapist.

Trauma-Informed Support for People Who Don’t Feel Seen in Traditional Spaces.

Let’s be real: not everyone feels safe walking into a beige therapy office and talking to someone who stares at them over a laptop. If you’ve ever felt out of place, othered, unseen, or silenced, whether because of trauma, neurodivergence, identity, or just the weirdness of being human, you’re not alone. And you’re exactly who this space was created for. I’m not a cookie-cutter therapist.

I’m a real human first- trauma-informed, deeply present, and unapologetically authentic. My clients describe therapy with me as talking to someone who genuinely gets it, without judgment, without performance, and without clinical coldness. Just grounded, compassionate care that meets you where you are, with a steady presence and a little bit of a wild side.

therapy

Forget the sterile office and the clinical script. If you’ve ever walked into a therapy space feeling like an outsider, due to your trauma, identity, or just the fact that you don’t fit the usual mold, you’re exactly who Wild Cedar was made for.

A steady presence, fierce compassion, and a little wildness. Our therapy is a place to unravel, rebuild, and reclaim your whole self on your terms.

consulting & supervision

Burnout, broken systems, moral injury, vicarious trauma- these aren’t just buzzwords here; they’re real wounds that need real care.

If you’re a clinician, leader, or healer trying to stay whole in an often toxic industry, Wild Cedar’s consulting and supervision meet you where you are. With clarity, fierce integrity, and strategy rooted in lived experience; together, we’ll unstick what’s stuck and build sustainable leadership and care systems that don’t sacrifice your soul.

retreats

Wild Cedar retreats aren’t about Instagram aesthetics or surface-level “wellness.” They’re land-based, raw, and restorative, designed for those who’ve carried too much for too long.

We hold sacred, real spaces for nervous system repair, ancestral connection, and radical belonging. Think firelight, earth, ceremony, and honest community. This is where you come to soften, remember, and reclaim what’s been lost.

Retreats with Soul + Spine

Wild Cedar retreats aren’t spa weekends or spiritual tourism. They’re deep containers for truth-telling, body-listening, and land-based remembering. Here, we don’t bypass. We root in.

Led by trauma-informed facilitators and grounded in ritual, rest, and relationship, these gatherings are made for those who are ready to meet themselves fully.

Small. Intentional. Unapologetically real.

Whether you’re unraveling, rewilding, or rising, there’s a place for you here.

Coming Soon: A European Retreat
In early 2026, Wild Cedar will host a unique opportunity to step beyond the familiar and immerse yourself in new landscapes, rhythms, and ways of being. This gathering will weave cultural exploration with restorative practice, offering time for deep renewal, connection, and inspiration.

Our next retreat, Earth & Bone

October 10–12, 2025 | Colorado Springs

Join us for a trauma-informed, soul-rooted weekend retreat exploring the sacred relationship between body, ancestry, and land. Through somatic practice, creative ritual, rest, and ceremony, we’ll gather in community to honor what it means to belong deeply to ourselves and to the earth.
