Psychedelic Integration

what is integration

After having a sacred medicine journey, integration is the process of discovery and bringing together of the newly gained insights and healing to achieve a sense of wholeness.

how it works

Integration is radically individualized for each person and can be explored through a variety of practices. When you start psychedelic integration, you will work with us to create the plan that fits you best. Some components could include the following:

  • Psychedelics and creativity have been intimately linked throughout history. Countless musicians and artists have noted being inspired by psychedelic experiences.

Creating, drawing, painting, photography, playing, sculpting, singing, and writing are just a few examples.

  • This allows one to dive deeper into the feelings that come up or are often stuffed just below the surface.

Examples of this may include gratitude, grief, forigveness, and love. Processing and managing these can be a catalyst for lifelong healing.

  • Somatic approaches highlight the body connecton and physical sensations. A few examples of this include breathwork, dancing, exercise, nourishment through foods and yoga.

  • Many experience meaningful realizations about their existence during medicine sessions.

Exploration and reflection of one’s relationship with spirituality through journaling or meditation.

integration vs. therapy

Psychedelic-assisted therapy utilizes a specific psychedelic substance, typically administered by medical practitioners and/or therapists who are present throughout the entire experience.

On the other hand, psychedelic integration is a supportive counseling or coaching process that takes place after a medicine session, but never during.

  • You are comfortable opening up

  • You can express your emotions freely

  • You feel in partnership with them
